QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines,
- Master's degree is a plus,
- At least 1 year experience within sales, marketing or business development,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Competent in MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably moderate level of SAP knowledge,
- Experienced in data analysis and reporting,
- Result orientation with strong analytical thinking and team player,
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
Job Description:
- Improve effective solution recommendations based on region/province/county/point detailed productivity analysis results,
- Analyze market and competitive performance and identify development points and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams using market data,
- Conduct profitability analyzes of dealers and stores,
- Organize retailer payment calendar, making analyzes to determine needs in planning for the next months based on the balance of payment,
- Ensure that dealer accounts are managed by coordinating with sales teams,
- Work in coordination with the finance team for the arrangement of the dealers' accounts,
- Work with IT team to design and activate screens for new payment system,
- Work in coordination with the budget team in the calculation of dealer bonus,
- Be responsible for designing, improving, managing and reporting projects within the scope of the omnichannel approach,
- Play an active role in system and process development projects.
