Our multinational client, which is the world leading supplier of products and solutions in the rolling bearing business is looking for a "Sales Engineer" for its sales operation in Turkey.
Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Engineering or Business Management from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Commercial business experience with min. 4 years of track record in Sales function, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries
• Currently holding position related to sales, marketing, product management, asset management areas in constant relationship with the customer.
• Good project and team management skills, excellent communication skills; both verbal and written (Turkish and English)
• Experienced Usage of insight selling and value selling methodology
• High level of business acumen and accountability with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks while providing a flawless Customer Experience
• Must be a motivated self-starter and team player, interested in being an integral part of a high performing, diversified team
• Strong will to make a positive contribution to the company and deliver results
• Able to drive improvements, propose new solutions and have a positive attitude
• Passion to work in a fast-paced environment and evolving culture
Job Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies & plans, forecasts, opportunity identification for the company’s products and services
• Acquire holistic understanding of customers’ needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights
• Follow-up company’s account management process/tools to achieve annual growth & margin targets
• Serve as a primary business contact for the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Nurture strategic relationships with key customers to become long term trusted partner to the customer
• Drive all stages of value-based projects, namely:
o Territory management & Account planning (customer identification and selection)
o Discover leads (Insights, customer engagement)
o Develop needs & opportunities (customer assessment, quantify value)
o Develop performance offer
o Present & Propose the Business case
o Commit and close to assure Revenue growth
• Negotiate with related parties to agree on commercial terms
• Apply basic financial management knowledge of the contract including all contract costs & incomes, to ensure the contract is financially viable
• Cooperate with whole Sales Organization in the country (region) to create spirit of openness and teamwork on value-based projects.
