QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Barit Maden Türk A.Ş., established in 1956, currently operates on a global scale in the fields of industrial minerals and industrial gases.
Headquartered in İstanbul, Barit Maden Türk has production facilities in Sivas, Osmaniye, Kayseri and Bursa, quarries in various locations and an office in Ankara.
We are looking for new talents who are solution and result oriented, proactive for the Sales Engineer role in our head office located in İstanbul.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines or experience in a technical field.
• Fluency in English,
• 3+ years of general professional experience (preferably in the field of industrial minerals and industrial gases),
• 1+ years of experience in sales and customer management,
• Good communication, cooperation and conflict management skills,
• Computer literacy especially in MS Office applications & ERP,
• No travel restrictions, domestic & international,
• Completed Military Service for male candidates,
• Have a class B driving licence
Sales Engineer will;
• Achieve sales targets within the annual budget plans,
• Contribute to the development of existing customer portfolio,
• Determine suitable products for customer needs, prepare price offers,
• Follow up prepared offers and take necessary actions to meet customers’ expectations,
• Create and maintain detailed records of new opportunities and proposals in CRM software,
• Generate and cultivate effective long-term relationships with customers,
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and/or services to existing and prospective customers,
• Prepare Sales Reports for management team.
