We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong focus of employer branding for our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good or general knowledge of the iron and steel business and refractory.
- Good or excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to meet new people and quickly establish rapport
- Be proficient using IT equipment and systems, particularly MS Office programmas
- Be a teamwork person, with a problem-solving characteristic
- Military obligation fulfilled
- Fluency in English
- Driving License is a must
- Experience in industrial field markets/product categories, with an engineering bias, therefore awarded a B.S. grade from University in Engineering preferably Metallurgical and Materials, Mechanical, Mineral Processing
- At least 0-2 years’ experience in Refractory industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible of sales activities in his/hers region, match financial criteria, namely turnover and trade profits targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contacts and key customers
- Project and trial management on site
- Education of clients in the correct use of products
- Resolve customer issues
- Reporting and market analysis
- Participate to trainings set by the company
