QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or Automotive)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales positions in the automotive supplier industry
- Great verbal and written communication skills (in English); further languages of advantage (e.g. German)
- Advanced level of MS-Office applications (Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Team player
- Ability to adapt to dynamic working environments
- Result oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented, constructive, and positive approach
- Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge and experience in business and financial matters

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Examining the RFQs of international OEM / OES / IAM customers and starting and following the cost analysis process
- Preparing and providing price quotations and Cost-Breakdowns to the responsible customers
- Ensuring the necessary coordination with the relevant departments during project SOP and reporting the risks
- Proactively developing sales plans, making profit-loss analyses of customer-based projects, and taking necessary actions to meet and exceed business objectives
- Organizing and taking part in technical meetings with customers and relevant departments
- Sustain and develop existing customers, identify, and develop new potential customers in the target markets to achieve and exceed the agreed sales budget
- Visit fairs and customers on a regular basis
- Follow market, competitor, and customer developments
- Analysing and tracking changes in customers’ orders
- Working in coordination with the Production Planning team to produce orders on time
- Working closely with R&D department to introduce new products to customers
