We, as Insider’s Sales Engineering team, are looking for new team members to join us as Sales Engineers / Solutions Consultants / Pre-sales Specialists.


Here at Insider, the Sales Engineering team exists to empower our global sales organization to fuel Insider’s growth, by demonstrating the value of our products, removing the technical barriers to closing the deals, and contributing to the relationship with partners as a trusted advisor.


Our Sales Engineering team is organized and functioning for empathizing the business goals, gathering product expertise and best practices, designing the best-fit Martech solutions, presenting personalized value-oriented demonstrations, and handling deep-diving technical discussions with IT teams.


As a Sales Engineering Specialist in Insider day in and day out you will

    • Develop a deep understanding to qualify customer goals and effectively articulate Insider's ability to bring value to customers after the first meeting
    • Engage with prospects in a technical consultancy and advisor role during the pre-sales process while providing technical assistance and solution guidance
    • Connect business requirements with our solutions to deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations and workshop sessions that engage a business/technical audience
    • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design document with a view on strategic requirements versus solution and delivery requirements
    • Own full responsibility for responding to the technical parts of RFIs/RFPs
    • Create sales-oriented technical materials for the sales team and improve the Knowledge Base with necessary content
    • Prepare and deliver technical enablement programs for the sales organization
    • Maintain awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers and their feedback to Insider product management and engineering teams

We are looking for a team member who

    • has a bachelor’s degree
    • has 2+ years of technical pre-sales experience (ideally with a SaaS provider)
    • has domain experience in the digital marketing space
    • has a keen understanding in some of the following areas: Web Programming (HTML, CSS, JS), Mobile SDKs, APIs, data structures, and basic concepts of ML/AI
    • has outstanding communication and demonstration skills
    • is able to converse with both business and technical audiences
    • is a self-starter, good at multitasking, and committed to upholding the highest level of standards in the team’s execution of the sales process
