Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.
- A proven sales experience in shipping industry.
- Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Systematic and efficient way of working
- Agile and team player
- Open for improvement
- No restriction to travel both in and out of Turkey
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Valid B class driver’s license
Job Description
- Reporting Sales Manager in Istanbul office.
- Identifying new potentials on export and import.
- Managing and growing own portfolio of customers and opportunities.
- Directly dealing with the customers face to face to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business.
- Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/ opportunities.
- Preparing visit plans and reports regularly.
