QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Executive to be assigned to our Real Estate Projects in İstanbul.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from related departments of universities,
- Minumum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales,
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- Good at MS Office and CRM (Prism) programs,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
- Strong English language skills both written and spoken.
Job Description:
- Managing all sales and after-sales processes of the customers.
- Preparing and analyzing sales reports.
- Generating leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct.
- Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM.
- Achieving sales targets set by the company.
