QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do


Sales Executive Turkey & Caspian- Johnson Controls is a key role, reporting to the Country ManagerJonhson Controls Hitachi Turkey. You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of the emergent Hitachi team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.

You will be the main responsible for sales and business development activities with Key Accounts both in domestic market and abroad. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.

How you will do it
As a Sales Executive, you will assess the local and international markets under your responsibility with a strategic approach and create a business plan accordingly. You will create distributors and after sales organization in target countries and develop existing ones in accordance with the company strategic targets and plan.

You will conduct and coordinate all order to sales processes of the target country distributors and customers as well as key account customers.

You will be managing all the marketing, communication, promotion, account and market development activities to preserve our customer base and bring new customers to the table.
You’re analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.


What we look for
Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in HVAC industry
  • Having a strong background of technical product sales in B2B markets
  • Ability to understand, analyze and improve technical specification documents for project and business development activities
  • Sales, customer relations, project management, contract, business management experiences
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • High sense of responsibility & reliability

Preferred

  • Experience in international markets and/or businesses
  • Base knowledge and experience of International Trade
