The LUKOIL Lubricants team is growing! We are searching for "Sales Management Trainee" who’s ready to anchor an exciting new chapter in their career.


What We Expect From You?

After 18-month rotations, some specific roles in Technical Services and Business Support functions that you will be trained and get ready for performing in Sales!!

  • Managing direct accounts of the company by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements,
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continously proposing solutions that meet their objectives,
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust,
  • Serve as the link of communication between direct accounts and internal teams,
  • Developing new business areas and customers,
  • Maintaining regular contact with all customers in order to achieve targets,
  • Preparing activity and sales reports regularly,
  • Contract negotiation and play and integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships,
  • Representing the company in an appropriately professional manner in accordance with its policies,
