QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE


Achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives of Grand Medical Group in a specific Country domestic market through leadership of Country Field Force (FF) Team.


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES


• Developing and implementing a Country strategic business plan and utilizing all available resources to foster a successful in-country sales environment and deliver business objectives.

• Implementing effective segmentation, targeting and account planning in line with portfolio strategy.

• Leading development and execution of Sales Excellence agenda, analyzing FF effectiveness processes and tools.

• Driving achievement of KPIs and targets by the team.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Responsible for growing sales of portfolio of products; achieve and exceed sales targets on Country level.

• Monitor and drive Country sales performance and market share.

• Develop target setting processes in the FF Team, and follow-up KPIs to set up the appropriate action plans for the Country.

• Provide leadership and support to FF Team to help improve productivity and sales skills of FF.

• Coaching and mentoring of Team of Area Managers.

• Organize and implement market activities in line with sales and marketing strategy.

• Motivate and lead the team towards objectives, promote high performance with a positive managing style.

• Analyze performance of each Area Team, review progress and provide ongoing support.

• Conduct meetings with the team; provide guidance and ongoing feedback to the Team of Area Managers.

• Design and drive implementation of training programs for FF.

• Participate in hiring of area managers and medical representatives.

• Coordinate hiring, lay off, labor relations with HR.

• Develop team members based on their strengths and aspirations in order to increase the availability of experienced and capable staff that are prepared to assume higher roles in the organization.

• Budget management to ensure optimal return on investments and optimal resource utilization within the sales function.

• Implement standardized SFE systems and dashboards to ensure solid performance management.

• Provide significant input into portfolio strategy and accurate brand forecasts working with brand and cross-functional teams.

• Collect and report data, analyze reports and competition to improve sales results and ensure tactical and operational decision-making.

• Provide feedback on implementation progress, sharing business insights and market information, identify new potential markets to increase sales and exchange best practices on sales program implementation during regular meetings with area management team.

• Build relationships with key Country stakeholders and add value to the customers.

• Continually improve leadership and sales management skills, market knowledge, portfolio management and maintain it at advanced competency level.

• Perform market analysis and forecast, yearly and monthly sales planning.

• Actively participate in the company cycle meetings, trainings and coaching sessions, technical data presentations and briefings; attend local, regional and national meetings.

• Stay informed about the activities of health services, and monitor all important events, processes that affect or could affect business and/or image of the company.

• Collaborate effectively with Company Management.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system by self and team members.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management/marketing/communication/other field (medicine, pharmacy/life sciences).

• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical or FMCG areas.

• Demonstrable leadership and management success in building, leading and maintaining high performing sales teams

• Profound skills to create tactical and operational strategies

Ability to drive changes - focus, accountability and consistency

• Advanced communication skills

• Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills

• High self-motivation and ability to motivate the team

• Commercial and business awareness

• Profound knowledge of SFE and analytics is a must

• Experience with CRM systems

• Ability to travel

• Valid driver's license
