Wereachmore than200 sales points all over theworldthroughour retail and wholesale channels.

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help maximize revenue by leading efforts to generate new clients and customers and increase sales. The role demands a leader who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process with the ability to coach, advise, motivate the sales team and maintain a high-performance sales force.The sales team includes sales representatives in our stores as well as the sales channel representatives in the head office. The Sales Manager will report to the Assistant General Manager for Sales and Business Development.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that the necessary organizations are made to achieve the sales targets within the sales channels.

Carry out and control the necessary studies for sales channels to find new customers.

Plan the overseas distributor channels and ensure that the sales target is achieved.

Conduct budgeting and planning.

Create effective methods to increase the performance of sales channels.

Research and decide on new markets to enter, and make recommendations.

Increase the motivation and performance of the sales team.

Plan the products for the season and lead the collection selection.

Follow up the collections of the sales channels.

Set the standards for the stores.

Work on the necessary contracts.

Make campaign pricing and profitability calculations of sales channels.

Make feasibility studies for the sales channels.

Ensure the development and training of the sales team.

Set and control the necessary KPIs of the sales team.

Attend the necessary meetings and make decisions for the development of sales channels.

Make routine store and customer visits.

Ensure that orders are received, planned, and delivered for the production planning.

Find various methods to reduce costs.

Participate in fairs.

Make the relevant target set up to achieve the sales targets in the domestic and international wholesale operations and monitor the monthly shipment and production follow-up by the channel manager.

Report to the senior management about the subjects required by the job.

Qualifications/Skills

Customer-oriented and good communication skills

Analytical thinking, solution-oriented

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related departments

Advanced knowledge of English language

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (retail and fashion market experience preferred)

No domestic and international travel restrictions

Advanced knowledge of excel

Experienced in personnel and product management

Open to innovation and process improvements
