QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Sales Manager for the Paper One Show exhibition operating under the Al Furat Group, the Sales Manager will be responsible for international exhibition space, sponsorship & digital sales on key B2B trade shows and platforms within Paper One Show’s global paper & paper products portfolio.
Job Descriptions and General Qualifications
- Developing brand and industry-specific knowledge, including analysis of competitor events & platforms, to enhance and improve account management sales performance and build portfolio strategy,
- Proven track record creating and executing up-selling strategies,
- Responsible for all sales activities,
- Representing the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients,
- A candidate who is accustomed to communication skills and phone traffic will continue the interaction,
- Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities,
- Report to the senior management about the subjects required by the job,
- Experienced in customer acquisition and new portfolio creation,
- Meet the sales target set within the given deadlines,
- High level of planning, organization, and follow-up skills,
- Creating and updating the customer database and assisting in finding new customers,
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills; Adept at networking& able to socialize productively,
Requirements
- Having at least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in exhibitions, B2B, or trade fairs
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- Advanced knowledge of the English language,
- Strong face to face selling, proposal writing, and presentation skills,
- Presentable, dynamic, and attentive to its appearance, principled and responsible,
- Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally work long hours,
- Target oriented, project and process management,
- Ability to prioritize tasks and organize time efficiently,
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills,
- Individuals must be available to travel internationally
