QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Sales & Marketing Administrator" for our Danish retail chain clientJYSK Group.

For JYSK’s future head office in Istanbul, we are looking for someone to work with various tasks within retailing, sales and marketing for the Turkey Operations.

In general, the responsibilities will be:

  • Translations in and from English language of descriptions of the products, various articles, campaign messages.. etc,
  • Creating and updating the system database for Turkey (translation of articles description, term database, etc.), including proof-reading,
  • Ensure that JYSK concepts are implemented and followed (e.g. sales strategy, graphic guidelines, use of savings messages) in all campaign activities in Turkey,
  • Registration and updating of various data,
  • Replies to customer and store requests – via phone and e-mails,
  • Support for the Marketing department in Istanbul as well as Aarhus, Denmark,
  • Some travelling activity (annual meetings), the job is also located in Istanbul.

Therefore we seek a person having the following qualifications:

  • Have experience from working at an office – preferably from a similar position,
  • Have a keen sense of responsibility and good communication skills,
  • Have perfect skills in Turkish language and fluency in English,
  • Capable of being effective – due to your sense of structure and quality,
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills,
  • Friendly and “customer first” attitude,
  • Experience with SAP is a big plus.
