Job Description
- Manage deliveries with Local & Export Sales teams and Warehouse
- Enter orders, check price list and delivery lead time, transfer to MO or PO
- Send pick list to Warehouse
- Prepare transportation documents with the Warehouse & Export team (e deliveries)
- Invoice customers (e-invoicing)
- Confirm Make or Buy solutions with Operations
- Check the orders and special projects, spare parts orders, and after sales under warranty
- Follow the Project process (manufactured & trading items)
- Manage Group Projects / orders for Manufacturing products
- Reply to subsidiary regarding Lead time with Export Sales
- Check the orders and special projects
- Follow the Project process between Turkey and Subsidiary
- Invoicing accuracy verification
- Consignment inventory management
- Post-sales warranty cost inventory management
- Control General Price lists in the system
- Prepare the Local CSL, Group CSL (daily & monthly)
- Report monthly CSL to Group
- Send list of ready to be delivered orders information to Sales
- Prepare Activities KPI (number of orders, lines, invoices, checked invoices, checked price list etc.)
- Manage Forecasts with Supply Chain manager for Local Market by planning and participating in the validation meetings with the Sales Team and checking the meeting report, checking the sales trends of important families, performing preparations for the Campaigns, New launch families
- Participate in SOP meetings with the Group and prepare the data
- Support Management of Trading inventory with Trading Import-Export manager
- Define MTS / MTO with Local and Export Sales
- Define Inventory level according to defined target
- Check Trading products slow movers, comments, necessary actions
