QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a " Sales Operation Specialist " for our leading client operating in food & beverage sector.


Responsibilities

o Entering all customer orders to ERP

o Alignment of sales units & finance and supply chain teams on a one single number

o Managing all sales order inside logistics to deliveries cooperate with Logistics team

o Reporting and following daily sales orders

o Controlling truck deliveries from factory to customers

o Communicating customers time based for periods when needed ( daily , weekly, monthly, quarterly)

o Keep continue to Securing services of after sales operations

o Providing communication between sales team and customer

o Improving process

o Attending sales meetings

o Assisting Sales units further requirements and reports


Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree ( Business Administration, Engineering is preferrable)

• Work experience of at least 3 years in customer service side.

• Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important

• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively preferable.

• Leading skills and multitasking is required to site management

• Strong communication skills , team working is an asset.

• ERP knowledge is important
