QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, economics, accounting or industrial engineering
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative, management processes improvements oriented
- Proactive, a learner, and able to work effectively within the team
- Have no obstacle to travel
- SAP knowledge is an asset (SD or FI preferred)
- CIA & CPA certification is an asset
- Process compliance or fraud audit experience is an asset
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting dealer (onsite) & Sales related process audits based on Annual Audit Plan
- Min 1 years experience as an Dealer auditor or worked in Sales related Departments such as Sales, Sales Planning, Process Improvement or Dealer Network Management
- Preferably worked in automotive sector
- Defining audit issues by understanding company policies, rules & procedures
- Attending to onsite dealer audits, check dealer records, invoices, sub-documents, procedure compliance
- Attending to internal process audits
- Perform pre-investigations about Ethics violation cases
- Analysing & reporting audit findings
- Suggest countermeasures and improve operational processes
