GENEL NİTELİKLER

Sales Operations Senior Specialist is accountable for the strategy and execution of overall operations, including Sales and Marketing Operations, Retail Operations, Vendor Management, Logistics and Customs Operations, Financial Operations, Customer Services, Procurement Management and Technical Development. This role will be reporting directly to E-commerce and International Sales Manager.

· Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits,

· Study and analyze all the sales reports to keep track on the business trends and advise on recommendations accordingly. Implement action plans to achieve the sales goal.

· Monitor performance budget, optimise spend and performance based on the insights and track marketing costs; report cost variances to management on a regular basis,

· Actively monitoring and reviewing campaign performance against agreed targets and costs, recording and reporting performance,

· Oversee customer service division to ensure customers continue to receive exception pre and post-sale support,

· Manage requirements of website, marketplaces and 3rd parties including content, merchandising, logistics and data sharing,

· Participate and cooperate in various phases of projects impacting sales channels which are led by IT team,

· Controlling the Monthly and Periodical account reconciliation with all the cooperated companies and supporting the intercompany running account reconciliation in order payments to be processed,

· To continuously share information with the allocation and logistics units for efficient stock management,

· Manage the contract processes and communication with potential and existing 3PL partners and custom authorities,

· Lead and support all new store openings, instore activations, props order management, print productions, liasing with logistics team on props arrival and distribution to stores,

· Manage vendor relations and inventory logistics for retail store supplies (including visual props, stationery, packaging, sales tools, etc.)

· Performing root cause analysis to reduce customer complaint rates, detecting systemic errors, eliminate chronic problems and improve customer experience (sales, cargo, complaint, demand, return performances), developing solution proposals and taking the corrective/preventive actions,

· Manage full order cycle, predicting exit, addressing and reserving according to sales, order predictions, sharing and following up with the logistics warehouse,

· Manage customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status,

· Ensure all necessary documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics & external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preperation for the shipment,

· Responsible of “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full.

· Minumum 5 years relevant experience in International Trade,

· University Degree in Textile Engineering is a plus,

· Experience in Fast Fashion Retail is a must,

· An excellent level of written and spoken English is a must,

· Excellent command of NEBIM is a plus,

· Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel Skill,
