Main

These are your detailed responsibilities:

1. Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness by competitor analysis for whole channel report the trends to Sales and GTM

2. Supporting the Sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business

3. Following up Incentive campaigns, promotions assisting Sales and GTM

4. Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness

5. By alligning with GTM and Sales Providing product materials, follow up pricing, product quantity with customers and follow up product launching process supporting product launching on time.

6. Alligning the new Sell-In plan with customers

7. Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts

8. Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

9. Support Product Launching

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or product field

· Know how to make business in electricity products industrial and can show successful case as main responsibility.

· Ability to be a team player, collaborating with local and international colleagues.

· High presentation and representation skills.

· Minimum bachelor’s degrees at IT or sales fields

· Fluently English as work Language
