QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an Sales Operation Specialist to join our family in Redstar Aviation, located in Kurtköy, Pendik.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering or Civil Aviation )
- Analytical thinking and result oriented
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) is must.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Able to work in shifts and flexible hours
- Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Residency in Istanbul Anatolian Side
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Take incoming calls and emails from clients
Issue quotes and/or estimates for missions when requested by outside agencies
Central co-ordination between external individuals, agencies and between departments, in all aspects related to the safe and efficient undertaking of a mission
Relay departure, arrival, delay, aircraft and airfield status, and other pertinent information to the Client
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Post flight briefing to the Client
