Sales&Project Engineer
We are looking for a Sales Engineer in our company which is new in the lighting industry.
Qualifications and Job Description
Manage all aspects of relations with existing and new customers,
To serve as a bridge between our customers by providing suitable products and solutions to establish and maintain strong relationships,
To define sales and growth strategies in line with market trends and value suggestions of our company
Main Responsibilities:
Establishing and / or strengthening close relationships with customers.
To be able to predict customer needs and provide solutions.
Realize and support the development of the company's sales growth strategy.
To act as a communication bridge between Business Development, Marketing and R & D teams.
Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities and customers.
Communicate and report market needs and trends to the Management Team.
Competencies:
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Eng. Electrical Eng. Electronic Eng.)
Has at least 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.
Fluent speaking of English and professional presentation skills. (Interviews will be in English.)
Travelling to meet customers abroad.
Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A highly motivated good team player.
Pre and after-sale offer, order, project tracking skills are high.
Technically competent enough to satisfy the customer.
Residing around Gebze, Çayırova, Darica, Pendik, Tuzla, Kartal.
