QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
On-site position from Monday to Friday (except during exhibition time, when you may work at the weekends).
Full time: From 9 am to 6 pm.
Location: Sisli / Istanbul.
We are seeking an English speaker that is passionate about networking and bringing together people. You can be from any Nationality as long as you have a Turkish residence and Fluent English.
The candidate will support our company in growing into the international exhibition service industry.
Requirements:
- An advanced level of English spoken and written.
- Sales experience is an advantage butNOTMandatory.
- Flexibility to travel abroad in the country where the exhibition is taking place.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Being a team player but able to work successfully as an individual.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proactivity skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for fair sales of the existing projects (Space, Advertising & Sponsorship).
- Performing national and international sales.
- Conducting a thorough analysis of potential exhibitors in related B2B sectors.
- Ensure coordination and communication with internal, external, and managing partners.
- Providing efficient sales strategy according to yearly budgets and targets.
- Influence, network and, collaborate with the related associations in the sectors and governmental bodies.
- Work collaboratively to cross-sell new products as virtual/ online webinars, and conferences to existing account base and new customers.
- Reporting of the fair in alignment with respective rules and regulations.
- Building and maintaining relationships based on trust and confidentiality, in regards to the commercial relationships with third parties.
