JOB DESCRIPTION:

Answering questions from clients and providing guidance about our projects
Updating information about all of our projects
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services
Collaborate with other department representatives to improve customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

Have experience in Real Estate Sector is preferable

Proficient in Russian; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus, second language is preferable (English, Turkish etc.)

Working knowledge of MS Words

High school diploma

Great active listening skills

A patient and empathetic attitude

Adaptability and positive attitude
