Castimo with its headquarter in Germany and production facilities in Turkey is a global producer of porous resin and able to deliver worldwide.

We are looking for an Export Sales Responsible with the following qualifications.

General Qualifications

Having a bachelor’s degree ( Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations and Trade etc.)

Minimum 3 years of experience in internal & international sales responsibility

Good knowledge of MS Office and NETSİS software

Fluent in English on both written and verbal communication

High level of communication , advanced planning ,organizational and teamwork skills, positive rapport, dynamic, disciplined,result-oriented.

No restriction to travel domestic and abroad

Military service must be completed for male candidates

Able to drive actively

Able to adapt to busy schedule and flexible working hours

Job Description

Identifying and generating prospects and successfully convert them into sales

Managing inbound emails and calls effectively

Working collaboratively with the other departments in the organization in order to manage and follow up dispatching, manufacturing and delivery processes

Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports

Analyzing sales pipeline and trends with General Manager in order to forecast monthly sales goals and quotes.

Developing sales and marketing strategies by analyzing competition and market

Having regular and scheduled domestic and international customer visits/meetings in order to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales and marketing targets.

Following the sales, invoice and cash proceeds by coordinating with the related departments and report all activities to the manager.

Conducting market research to create and develop of the portfolio on export operations

Organizing fair participation, introducing of company profile and representing company

Managing the domestic and international customer portfolios in the charge of

Providing effective solutions to domestic and international customer demands in a short time
