QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor`s / University degree,
- Proficiency in English and Turkısh,Arabic is plus
- At least 1 year of sales experience,
- Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed on an entrepreneurial team
- Excellent planning, reporting, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function in a team-oriented setting while working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and relevant CRM systems
- Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally to work long hours,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developed relationships with foreign clients and real estate customers to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution,
- Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing,
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters,
- Updates customer data entries to CRM system,
- Provided strategic planning for business development and market analysis for potential commercial leases,
