Managing distributors and being responsible for business development for CIS countries,
Working closely with other Lincoln Electric facilities in order to increase market share in countries under responsibility,
Communicating externally with the provider to create operational plans to ensure monthly and quarterly sales plans are achieved,
Providing superior customer service, communicating openly and proactively,
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial income and customer satisfaction,
Contacting and working closely with internal departments,
Ensuring related standard business processes requirements are integrated into business strategies, processes, products, and new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Engineering would be a plus),
Distributor management experience and product, pricing, and logistics knowledge,
Preferably a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar position,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
Proficiency in MS Office applications,
Having a customer-oriented, constructive, and positive perspective,
Driving License is a must and no restrictions to travel.
