We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join ourClinichub Professional team.
Clinichub is an international medical tourism company, has locations in Istanbul and London. We are specialized in arranging plastic surgery, hair transplant, weight loss operations and dental treatments. You can get more information from our website. We are looking for International Sales Supervisor who are passionate about the medical tourism industry.
Reporting to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, Turkey, you will take on the challenge of managing our patients.
Main Responsibilities;
· Achieve agreed targets/KPIs etc. with well controlled spending, based on responsible customer accounts
· Execution of the business plan. Implement promotions and new listing according to activities plan. Regularly visit each customer for sales operations, to manage customer satisfaction on Clinichub services and promotion effectiveness(BEST execution) etc.
· Manage terms and conditions at customer level to ensure 100% compliance as per agreement
· Coach, motivate and develop Clinichub direct sales force
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
· Minimum 2 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
· Demonstrated ability to lead people
· University graduate
· Advanced level of English
· Great communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Advanced negotiation skills
· Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
· Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
· Energetic, passionate and sales driven
