Sales Support Engineer İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a “Sales Support Engineer” for TROX Turkey, a member of TROX Group.

TROX is a global leader in the development, production and sale of components, units and systems for the ventilation and air conditioning of rooms. With 34 subsidiary companies in 29 countries on five continents, 20 production facilities, and importers and representatives, TROX is present in over 70 countries.

Main responsibilities

• Making selections and preparing quotations according to specifications and inquiries made by potential local or foreign customers and agents from responsible countries
• Give technical support to TROX Turkey customers on phone
• Preparing technical documents for tenders
• Preparing sales contracts and order confirmations
• Preparing regular reports related with sales to management team
• Gives technical and commercial support to sales engineers, sales managers and foreign agents
• Responsible from order intake by entering in CRM software and preparing purchase order documents for order handling
• Work in coordination with logistics, bookkeeping and financing department

Profile

• University degree in mechanical engineering
• Good level of written and verbal English language, additional German language will be an asset
• Good level of MS office applications
• Understanding of basic CRM applications
• Capable of learning product selection software
• AutoCAD software knowledge will be an asset
• Well organized, detail oriented and self motivated
• Valid driver license preferable
• Based in Istanbul
• Able to travel in Turkey and abroad when necessary
• Team player, ability for being multitasking
• Eager for learning new developments and technologies
