Summary: The in-house sales support specialist is expected to gain new leads to be used by the sales team, organize meetings via channels such as telephone, e-mail, and social media, and transfer them to the sales team
• Researching and qualifying new leads, responsible for creating potential customer lists and updating related CRM systems.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
• Upselling products and services.
• Organizing prospect meetings for the sales team and supporting the sales process.
• Staying up-to-date on the company’s products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Achieving and exceeding set weekly meeting targets.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiar with digital channels such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
• 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred.
• International B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience.
• High persuasiveness, successful in human relations.
• Ability to travel internationally when needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Proficiency in PowerPoint is preferred
