Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for Sales Support activities of Bomaksan’s product range. This position will service existing customers / dealers and seek new market opportunities worldwide. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about these products and associated systems to provide information regarding product positioning, product functionality, advantages, competitive situations, and new product introductions. This person will assist customers and dealers with the selection of the appropriate product and system solution.


Responsibilities / Tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


Sales (Back Office)

· Prepare Sales quotations and offers,

· Act as the liaison between Bomaksan’s sales force and customers,

· Participate in conventions, meetings, seminars, and training sessions associated with our product/industry,

· Maintain current industry knowledge, understand the market and our competitors, and Bomaksan solutions,

· Research current and new markets receptive to the clients technical capability,

· Follow up submission of proposal, and facilitate order placement,

· Building and maintaining internal relationships within both sales and operations as well as coordinating with numerous internal contacts and key customer partners/ influencers in all regions of the world is a requirement to ensure successful pre and post-sales support of our client’s needs,

· Comprehends the customers’ needs, identifies business trends and implications, and maps possible solutions to deliver value,

· Work efficiently for prospecting and developing new customer database.


Communication

· Communicate with management through weekly 1:1’s, phone calls, emails, call reports, and sales forecasts,

· Collaborate with Sales&Business Development Front Office team and clients,

· Connect with relevant companies, and seek out engineering / decision making personnel,

· Connect and liase with Bomaksan Marketing and Finance Department,

· Extend contacts network and maintain client management system (CMS) database,

· Report to and liaise with Sales&Business Development Director and CEO on a regular basis,

· Maintain close links with customer to promote long term relationships,

· Analyze customer satisfaction by talking to Dealers, customers, sales, technical support, and quality management; define market/customer expectations and report result to other departments,

· Investigates and reports on market trends, competitor activity, etc.


Management

· Ensure Bomaksan product information is up-to-date (self, and dealers),

· Evaluate and analyze the market potential of designated territory (map),

· Mediate and resolve issues between Bomaksan and dealers,

· Follow all Bomaksan policies and procedures,

· Maintain an accurate CRM database, including proper forecasting, project probability,

· Ensure project documentation such as signed agreements, purchase orders, and Terms & Conditions are received and processed on time,

· Assist the dealers with product knowledge, competitive comparisons, quoting and ordering procedures,

· Create process flow for product information & data.


Time management

· Time in the office actively preparing quotations and communicating with clients along with conducting online prospecting activities to create a solid pipeline management for the Sales&Business Development Team,

· Search for new markets and opportunities,

· Efficiently plan and report weekly and monthly schedule,

· Conduct cold calling and emailing activities,

· Submit monthly itinerary, weekly calls reports, expense reports, etc. as instructed,

· Attend meetings requested by Bomaksan Management.


Qualification / Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred,

· Experience in Welding Machines and related equipments business sector will be a plus,

· 1 – 2 years’ experience in Sales Support Function in a related field,

· Demonstrated leadership and management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment,

· Excellent oral and written communication skills,

· Hands on working experience with Microsoft Office software,

· Live within the territory of Istanbul Anatolian side,

· Advance level of English both written and verbal,

· No military obligation for Male candidates,

· No restriction for travel both nation and World wide,

· Ability to work in a team and individually,

· Flexible, adaptable team player with excellent written and communication skills.
