Responsible for managing a well-functioning Sales Order Management and Sales Support Service for Region MEA
Managing sales orders starting fromreceiving of orders untilDeliveryto the Local, Export Customers and Webasto Subsidiaries customer
Ensure and operate all export sales operations(documentation, invoicing, customs procedure etc)
Establish coordination and communication amongotherfunctional departments such as planning, production and purchasing in order to ensure efficiency of orderprocessing period
Provide high quality customer supportfor ensuring smooth flow of various inquiries
In alignment with global business strategy, implementation/developing of new processes in coordination with Global Process Leaders (UNITE/SAP project)
Prepare and distribute periodicalsales forecastingreports within the coordination of sales department
Prepare and distribute periodical order planning to related department
Perform and contribute tointercompany sales activities
Lead sales support team members to ensure maximum performance and customer satisfaction
Monitor and improve Customer Delivery Performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 7 years of experience in related field
Excellent command of written and verbal English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM Programs
Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow-up ability,
Customer oriented and able to take initiative
Military service must be completed
Driving license B
No restriction for travelling domestic and foreign countries
