For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Sanction Compliance Specialist / Senior Specialist" to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for develop and implementing sanction compliance process within the Yıldırım Group,
  • Evaluating the export/import transactions which are carried out within the Group in terms of international sanctions & reputational risks,
  • Following & interpreting updates on international sanctions and regulations,
  • Preparing KYC&Sanctions Questionnaire requests of the banks in scope of AML/CTF & Sanctions issues,
  • Identifying possible sanction compliance risks, proposing implementation of corrective actions and reviewing processes to support,
  • Maintaining effective practices and procedures for sanctions screening.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economy, finance, statistics, law, industrial engineering or other relevant fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience in AML compliance & sanctions management,
  • ACAMS and/or CGSS is preferred,
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English,
  • Excellent judgmental and analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication skills.
