For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Sanction Compliance Specialist / Senior Specialist" to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.
Job Description:
- Responsible for develop and implementing sanction compliance process within the Yıldırım Group,
- Evaluating the export/import transactions which are carried out within the Group in terms of international sanctions & reputational risks,
- Following & interpreting updates on international sanctions and regulations,
- Preparing KYC&Sanctions Questionnaire requests of the banks in scope of AML/CTF & Sanctions issues,
- Identifying possible sanction compliance risks, proposing implementation of corrective actions and reviewing processes to support,
- Maintaining effective practices and procedures for sanctions screening.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economy, finance, statistics, law, industrial engineering or other relevant fields,
- Minimum 3 years of total experience in AML compliance & sanctions management,
- ACAMS and/or CGSS is preferred,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- Excellent judgmental and analytical skills,
- Excellent communication skills.
