JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing all switchboard functions such as handling incoming, outgoing, and internal telephone calls; paging and making announcements; taking and relaying messages;
- Ensuring internal and external communication and coordination
- Incoming and outgoing documents-cargo tracking and classification, forwarding to the relevant units
- Welcoming the guests and making the necessary organizations
- Ensuring the smooth running of office work
- Ensuring the supply of relevant office supplies
- Making travel organizations: Car rental, flight and accommodation reservations
- Coordinating and providing ?administrative support to the Front Office department
- Application and follow-up of passport-visa procedures
- Creating personal appointments of the manage
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Bachelor's Degree in Office Management and Secretarial Department of the universities
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- High skill in communication and in time management
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (advanced level)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
