For our growing organization, we are looking for a “SAP BRIM CM(Convergent Mediation) Senior Consultant” to be based in YILDIRIM Information Technologies which is a subsidiary of YILDIRIM Group of Companies.
Main Purpose of the Job:
You will be responsible for supporting SAP BRIM experts in post-go live support and future phases of the BRIM Expansion Program. This will require you develop an understanding of CM (Convergent Mediation) component of the SAP BRIM solution as well as core billing & invoicing processes in port management such as Terminal Services, CFS Service Management & Billing, Storage Billing & Invoicing, Vessel Operations & Services, Periodic Invoicing, Free-pool Calculations. You will be one of the key members of the team who will be responsible for rolling out the solution to other terminals in Mediterranean, Iberia, Latin America and Scandinavia regions as a part of BRIM expansion roadmap.
Job Summary:
This role will help Yıldırım Technology build SAP BRIM know-how and improve implementation capabilities.
- Learn standard BRIM invoicing behavior and port management business processes
- Support post-go live activities where applicable on Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute platform
- Help experts develop data collection, enrichment and distribution workflows on Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute platform
- Communicate with technical and nontechnical users, business stakeholders, developers, end users, and project managers
- Manage follow-ups and action items
Key Requirements
- 1-10 years' industry experience preferably in Telecom, Utilities, Mobility, Tolling
- Experience of designing, developing and deploying workflows in data collection, enrichment and distribution practices
- Experience with data mediation solutions, specifically Convergent Mediation (Mediation Zone) by DigitalRoute
- Proficient in one or more object-oriented programming language such as Java or Python and experienced with programming frameworks (e.g. Spring) as well as SQL
- Understanding of pay-per-use billing processes and activities preferred
- Experience of middleware solutions that interact with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) or SAP Industry solution IS Utilities or Telco is preferred
- Advanced analytical skills
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Configuration and design skills
- Aptitude for learning & adoption to new solutions, applications
