QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for new teammates for our team in the software industry within the Netherlands-based FIT Global / SAP CRM Consultant

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:


Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM module preferably in global projects.
  • Proven track record in 2 full cycle SAP implementation projects in SAP CRM.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Service business areas in CRM
  • Good communication skills, taking initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English is required
  • SAP certification is a plus
  • No military obligation for male candidates


Responsibilities

  • Configure CRM module for our products,
  • Determine development needs
  • Provide CRM consultancy and support for existing projects
  • Design and develop SAP solutions for ECC/CRM and S/4HANA versions, in CRM as known as S/4HANA Service module, regarding Sales, Service business areas focused on the Sales order to Bill, Service order to Bill, etc. processes and relevant master data
  • Making the adaptation steps and configuration of the project/work that he is responsible for
  • Providing demand preview and customer support for Jira helpdesk
  • Sharing what needs to be done in the system and producing solutions by communicating with key users by e-mail, telephone or face to face
  • Providing user trainings within the scope of technical expertise
  • Providing support to other consultants as needed
  • Notifying key users of improvements made in CRM processes
  • Performing end-user report tests
  • To carry out authorization studies
  • Preparing a report/document that conveys the work done to the customer
  • Making presentations to transfer the work done to the customer
