We are looking for a SAP CRM Consultant (Rollout Project Customizer)

Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

• Working on SAP CRM customizing tasks within international team
• Cooperation with the stakeholders (global IT, business) is required
• Analyze of the project related business and end-user requirements
• Accountable for committed project timeline
• Supplying necessary manuals and technical documentation in Jira, Confluence etc.
• Being of a member of an Agile Organization

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree from MIS, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline
• 5+ year experience with SAP CRM in IT business or system analysis areas
• Involvement at least 2 full cycle CRM CS project implementation
• Demonstrable experience of multiple end-to-end project lifecycles
• Familiar with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Understanding of customer service business processes with capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations
• Excellent command of English + excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, analytic skills, highly self-motivation, presentation skills
• Dedicated team member
