We are looking for a SAP CRM Consultant (Support Team Member) to join our Marketing team!

SAP CRM Consultant (Support Team Member)

Your Responsibilities

  • Working on SAP CRM productive issues as a second level support team member in a global team
  • Cooperation with the stakeholders (global IT, business) is required
  • Proactive communication with key users
  • Accountable to keep SLAs
  • Being of a member of an Agile Organization
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Responsible to keep the system stable and decrease the incident and change request quantity

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree from MIS, Informatics, Computer Engineering or a similar discipline
  • 3+ year experience with SAP CRM or SAP CRM ABAP
  • Excellent command of English + excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, analytic skills, highly self-motivation, solution oriented
  • Familiar with support ticket handling tools, HPSM tool knowledge is a plus
  • CRM Abap, Basis knowledge is a plus
  • Jira, Confluence tool knowledge is a plus
