QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Blue Projects is currently looking for a results-driven and confident SAP Internal Expert to manage our organization’s ERP transition through SAP implementation.
The position will be a core resource within our office in Istanbul therefore an excellent collaboration skills with other departments is a must.
Duties for the SAP Internal Expert will include analyzing system requirements of internal clients, supporting SAP implementation software programs, ensure smooth system integration.
1. Requirements:
· Knowledge of relevant business processes
· Knowledge of SAP system integration
· Strong understanding of various SAP modules (eg. Success Factor HCM, SAP S/4HANA Cloud)
· Keeping up-to-date with latest developments and advancements in SAP applications
· Ability to translate business solutions into systems programs
· Possess knowledge of software testing procedures
· Excellent collaboration skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to react quickly to issues and opportunities
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to react quickly and effectively to any issues that may arise
· Extremely detail-oriented
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Advanced English language skills
2. Responsibilities
· Support internal SAP implementation software programs: FI and HR modules
· Assess a business’s needs via business process analysis
· Determine how to integrate SAP programs to enhance business processes
· Analyze system requirements of internal clients
· Provide solutions for internal clients by integrating various business operations into one platform
· Ensure smooth system integration and enhanced functionalities
· Provide product training and support when necessary
· Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support
· Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot
· Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects.
· Responsible for working with HR and Finance department to plan, implement, and test new releases into our production systems environment
· Work closely with internal operations teammates and business partners to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within our applications
· Assist and help the delivery of special projects and small enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures
· Review statistics, validate or challenge the way things have always been done and identify areas for process and/or support tool improvements and efficiency
