We are looking for a Financial Analytics Consultant to join our global team!
QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
· 2-6 years working experience in financial planning and reporting or audit experience preferably in Big 4
· English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
· Good understanding of IFRS-CMB accounting and consolidation process
· Strong analytical and process analysis skills
· Ability to take on responsibility, manage priorities and delegate tasks.
· SAP BPC, Group Reporting, BW, Tagetik and ABAP knowledge is a plus
· Strong documentation skills
· Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
· Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills
· No travel restrictions
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS
· Define the best Financial Planning and / or Consolidation strategy for customers
· Support consulting and presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation)
· Defines the strategic, conceptual and technical boundaries for the design of the Planning and / or Consolidation processes, supporting the accounting principles and localizations required by the customer, with a focus on high efficiency, stability and performance.
· Develops and executes Innovation Roadmaps for customers, designs business processes with the customer and feeds them into the IT implementation. Helps customers to implement a state-of-the-art Innovation Roadmap.
· Be actively involved in the definition, preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of BPC Consolidation implementation projects
· Helping resolve our clients' Finance challenges
· Developing BPC systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
· Be able to perform project administration/management tasks including developing detailed work plans, manage status, etc.
· Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
· Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards
