- Experience in CRM and loyalty processes,
- Experience inbusiness analysis,
- Knowledge of database architectures,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Experience in web applications and web services.
Job Descriptions
- Responsible from the CRM project as IT CRM Leader,
- Management of CRM project for IT related issues,
- Determine the development and change expectations of business units for CRM related activities,
- Analyze and resolve requests of CRM department and provide the necessary coordination and solution to the relevant units,
- Identifying project development needs and supporting software development efforts,
- Provide communication and coordination between technology consultants and other related parties within IT or business departments when necessary.
