QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The SAP Module Specialist is responsible for ensuring the daily operation, and continued development of the SAP MM, SRM, WM modules across multiple sites, in support of key business processes.
Primary focus for this SAP role will be a blend of Material Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Warehouse Management technical and business process skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support and ongoing operation of the SAP MM, SRM, WM modules across multiple SAP sites in compliance with ITIL standards.
- Participate in domestic and international SAP projects (Customization ,implementation, user training and go-live support / Malaysia, Russia, Turkey)
- Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation
- Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in one or more functional areas within the enterprise specifically in the analysis, and redesign, of SAP functions and processes
- Deliver effective SAP solutions that meet the business requirements/objectives via SAP configuration and/or the generation of functional specifications for ABAP development. Develop necessary change documentation in accordance with IT standards
- Plan and coordinate external consultants for MM, SRM, WM modules according to the need of the business and internal team
Requirements:
- Graduate from Engineering, MIS or Business Administration departments,
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing,
- At least 3 years experience in SAP MM(Implementation and support),
- Good understanding of SAP Methodology,
- Sense of service and respect of the SLA constraints,
- Good command in MS office,
- Excellent team worker,
- Good communication,
- Excellent analytical and problem solving.
