QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- We are looking for Information Technologies Specialists to join our highly skilled team in Manisa. Good technical degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline or proven experience is required.
General Requirements:
- Knowledge on SAP systems and landscapes, 2+ years of experience on Sales and Distribution Module
- Experience on design, development, and maintenance of solutions for the business units following the IT standards and procedures
- Flexibility to reside in İzmir or Manisa
- No restriction to travel is expected
- No military obligation for male candidates
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Advanced analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-oriented skills
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Being a good team player
Advantageous Skills:
- Project management or project team experience
- Awareness of project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum
- Understanding of IT Governance, ITIL or change management
Job Description:
- Participating in domestic and international projects across Vestel Group, multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinating and making implementations in SAP SD/MM modules
- Understanding business operations and process modelling, eventually guiding for industry best practices
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them for design and development
- Documentation and training of developments
- Providing support to business teams
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
