QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SAP Support Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY:
Supports system users by promptly resolving their Level 1 issues/queries for the SAP SD and / or MM and / or PP application modules.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science,
- Good knowledge of at least 1 SAP Module,
- IT Support experience or experience in implementation of management systems,
- Good command of written and spoken English.
SOFT SKILLS
- Problem solving and solution oriented,
- Interpersonal skills,
- Availability to travel abroad for short duration,
- Military service completed for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate, after an adequate training period, must operate in compliance with the guidelines and within the functional perimeter defined by the Global SAP team and collaborate with the local SAP partner.
- Supporting system users with their Level 1 issues,
- Giving basic training for system users on SAP modules,
- Collecting malfunction reports and system improvement requests from the system users and forwarding them to global SAP team,
- Collaborating with and supporting the local SAP partner in the implementation or evolution of localizations,
- Working in compliance with the Global SAP teams’ guidelines.
