QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About You

You have experience about Support Management, Issue Tracking and Analysis of Software Systems and Infrastructure. You want to work with a professional team to Manage Issues, Requests of a Software Infrastructure and work from our office in the sunny city of Antalya.

About Work

• Identification & Analysis of operational requirements within project scope
• Coordination and documentation between operations and project
• Input for operational part of Project documentation
• Creation of Solution & Design Document: Chapter Operational Requirements
• The OA is the interface between Project and Operations
• The OA has to ensure the operational requirements are met
• Work on the defined task, get responsibility to improve the processes with team members

• Implementing of tasks together with other team members

• Identify design problems and continuously improve iterations based on data driven analysis best practices.

• 
  

Must have

• University or similar degree

• Experience with Jira & Confluence
• Experience about Incident and Request Management
  

• Communication skills in English.

• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• QA Experience
  

• ITIL V3 Certifications (Foundation, Practitioner) , ITIL V4 Foundation

• Certified Scrum Master (PSM I und II) Certified Product Owner (PPO)
