QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
For our company in the shipping sector, headquartered in İstanbul
We are looking for a ' purchaser'.
TASKS

To provide assistance to Purchasing Department and this shall include liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments
Maintain close working relationships with our global vendors.
Document requisition lists, obtain quotations in a timely manner and prepare purchase order for approval.
Check delivery orders and enter invoices into ERP system.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering-Business managements, Economics and Administrative Sciences and related field.
Advanced level of spoken and written English. Preferably IELTS 7 and TOEFL IBT 100 and above preferred.
More than 2+ years of experience in a purchasing position.
Compliance and adherence to purchasing ethics.
Keen eye for details.
Positive work attitude and good communication skills.
Effective teamwork skills and open to improvement.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel.
