Danışmanlığını yapmakta olduğumuz, Sancaktepe lokasyonunda yer alan "Endüstriyel sitemler, telekomünikasyon ve özellikle baz istasyonu altyapısı montaj ve bakım projelerinde kullanılan birçok markanın Türkiye distribütörlüğünü yapan müşterimiz için "Satın Alma Uzmanı" arayışımız mevcuttur.
JOB Summary
Implementing the import and local purchase processes in line with requested quality, amount, and time. The purchasing activities will be mainly related to the purchasing of industrial products from abroad and local suppliers, niche B2C products, freight forwarder services, fixed assets.
Essential Duties
* Requesting for quotations of the relevant material from the specified suppliers considering the best lead time, payment term and price
* Placing order via POs, organizing shipments and managing customs clearance processes
* To ensure on-time, in full, and in budget purchasing via effective supplier relationships
* Enriching and updating supplier portfolio via market analysis and benchmark
* Seeking for alternative suppliers and create a competitive environment in order to eliminate the risk of supply
* Standardizing, optimizing and improving purchasing processes
Qualifications
* Degree from reputable universities
* Very good command of English
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications (good Excel skills is a plus)
* Driving license and be able to travel
* Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills
