We are looking for a Procurement Category Supervisor to take part in Investment and Indirect Procurement department Machine and Investment Category located in Tuzla / İstanbul;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in various procurement functions
- Having technical knowledge for Project type sourcing activities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and teamwork skills
- Strong reporting skills and able to contribute to presentations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and prioritization
- Have no restriction to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the procurement of Machinery, equipment, spare parts and services in CAPEX and Indirect procurement categories
- Implement the specified sourcing strategy and supplier management plan for CAPEX and Indirect procurement categories
- By setting project priorities, Coordinate sourcing activites for requested machinery and equipments according to project time plan
- Managing tenders and bidding activities, evaluation of the proposals in accordance with the defined procurement processes
- Conducting negotiations with the suppliers on cost, quality, payment and delivery terms optimization
- Preparing the contracts and documents necessary to ensure supply and procurement obligations are fulfilled by all parties
- Take responsibility for the achievement of the project goals from procurement perspective (costs, quality, deadline, budget)
- Monitoring, preparing necessary reports and be a member of the all operational procurement activities in internal and external stakeholders
- Developing good communication and relationship within the team, organization and with the suppliers
