QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking "Adana Assistant Regional Sales Manager" for our company who has a strong FMCG experience which has located at Adana/Turkey.


This position will develop opportunities with assigned and with prospect HORECA (Food Service), retail sales channels across Adana by leveraging superior bakery industry knowledge and client relationship skills. Along with an established product portfolio and custom products expertise he/she will deliver solutions unique to the customer. He/she will implement & coordinate strategic business development plan and exchange best practices in the region. He/she will also be involved in preparing pricing for the defined channels.


KNOWLEDGE, CAPABILITIES


  • Solid experience in building and leading a team and coaching (min. 5 years)
  • Commercial experience in FMCG sector (preferably in food) especially in Adana region
  • Fluent in English verbal and written
  • Results focused mindset; ability to efficiently prioritize and drive for performance
  • Regularly takes initiative, maintaining productivity and a positive outlook even when faced with significant challenges
  • Projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others and promotes commitment to the organization’s vision, values, and direction
  • Effectively applies all available information to make progress in evaluating a situation
  • Makes timely decisions on problems/issues requiring immediate attention
  • Demonstrates understanding of the organization’s performance expectations for self and the team



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Translate national sales KPIs into district and individual objectives
  • Develop and manage team and individual activities to optimize working results, create team spirit and team efficiency
  • Guide and advise the team in their development of the local area plans
  • Build up the business in related Distributor’s territory, lead distributor and it’s team in a proper and efficient way by coordinating with head office,
  • Track and guide distributors to achieve volume / value / penetration targets as per the business plan,
  • Build route plans of distributors’ sales teams and maximize efficiencies to reach optimized structure,
  • Ensure best in class collaboration, training and engagement of our partners
  • Coach, train, develop and lead the sales team
  • Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with existing and newly developed/to be developed key accounts & food service customers.
  • Measure / analyze customers, competitors on regular basis and utilize the resources to deliver targets for the respective region.
  • Participate in back office projects as a representative for the Country Team
  • Budget coordination and regular analyses to meet plans on your assigned area of responsibility.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales in retail or food service (HORECA) markets,
  • Effective leadership and communication skills,
  • Have a clear understanding and interpretation of Financials
  • Sales focused
  • Strong analytical, Project Management and strategical thinking skills,
  • Fluent level of English both in written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
