QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a sales support staff with the qualifications below for our company Tezmarin, operating in maritime sector.
• University degree, preferably from the departments Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, Industrial Engineering and etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support,
• High level of regular follow-up & coordination skills,
• Strong analytical thinking & problem solving skills,
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills & external customer orientation,
• Good level of MS Office applications,
• Very good command of English (verbal and written),
• Presentable,
• Completion of military service is mandatory for male candidates,
• Position located in Istanbul.
Job Description
• Carrying out the sales operations of the product group he/she is responsible and make all necessary organization.
• Providing the support needed in the process from order to delivery to the sales department.
• Acting as a bridge between sales and operation departments.
• Working in line with the sales and customer satisfaction targets of the company in cooperation with the relevant departments.
