QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description:
- Marketing, analyzing and communicating with the clients in the relevant sectors.
- Providing services demonstrations to clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
- Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the team to follow the same way.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.
- Corresponding and negotiating with clients.
- Having an updated understanding of clients' needs.
- Providing complete set of shipping data to Operation team.
- Taking care of clients after sales process.
- Following and coordination with Operation team regarding loadings and documents issuance.
- Providing regular sales reports to the relevant managers.
- Attending the meetings and training courses.
- Preparing minutes of meeting and share it with relevant managers and client.
Conditions:
- Age group: 32 to 40
- Working type: Full time
- Educational status: High diploma/Bachelor degree
- Relevant experience: 2 to 3 years
- Foreign Language: Fluent in English
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in shipping document and trading terms
